What to pack in your hospital bag

If you are planning to give birth in a hospital in Sweden you may wonder what to bring with you to the hospital. I have shot an in depth video that you can view on YouTube as well, but I wanted to give you a short written list as well.  

There will be a variation in what will be offered to you in the hospital when giving birth so you may want to ask your midwife during your prenatal visits for tips. 

  • Clothes

  • Diapers

  • Pads

  • Clothes for baby

  • Slippers

  • Robe

  • Phone and phone charger

  • Toiletries 

  • Food/snacks

  • Car seat
